The International Museum of Cultures and the Nissan Foundation presents the 2012 Educator’s Seminar
The Educator’s Seminar will be held on August 9, 2012 at the International Museum of Cultures in Southwest Dallas County. This day-long in-service seminar is for Dallas/Fort Worth area educators from public, private and home schools.

Presented during the Seminar will be:
- Diversity and Sensitivity training led by Felicia Johnson, Diversity and Sensitivity Director for Nissan-USA. Please call 972 708 7406 or register online. (CEU session)
- Educator programs and tools for Classroom Project Based Learning (PBL) programs developed and provided by the Museum. This includes the new Virtual Museum Tour of the International Museum of Cultures and Discovery Boxes. These educator tools meet TEC requirements and are accompanied with complete grade-specific curricula.
In summary, the seminar will include diversity and sensitivity training, an interactive overview of the museum’s new educational programs, a catered lunch, and more! This is a great, cost-free way to earn CEUs!
